Husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loves his wife loves himself; for no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, as Christ also the church; for we are members of his body.
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, for which you have been called in one body; and be thankful.
