and now therefore suffer me that my wrath may wax hot upon them, and that I may consume them: and then will I make of thee a mighty people."

Stand up, O LORD, in thy wrath, lift up thyself, because of the indignation of mine enemies; arise up for me in the judgment that thou hast commanded.

when ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you: and have gone and served strange gods, and bowed yourselves to them. Then shall the wrath of the LORD wax hot upon you, and ye shall perish quickly, from off the good land which he hath given you."

Thus will I be avenged also, upon all the Heathen that will not hear.
