Take heed to yourselves: If your brother trespasses against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he trespasses against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turns again to you, saying, I repent; you shall forgive him.

We then that are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let every one of us please his neighbor for his good to edification.

Finally, be all of one mind, having compassion one with another, love as brethren, be tender hearted, be courteous:

You shall surely give to him, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give unto him: because for this thing the LORD your God shall bless you in all your works, and in all that you put your hand unto. For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command you, saying, you shall open your hand wide unto your brother, to your poor, and to your needy, in your land.

Ask your young men, and they will show you. Therefore let the young men find favor in your eyes: for we come on a feast day: give, I pray you, whatsoever comes to your hand unto your servants, and to your son David.

A good man shows favor, and lends: he will guide his affairs with discretion.

The liberal soul shall be made rich: and he that waters shall be watered also himself. He that withholds grain, the people shall curse him: but blessing shall be upon the head of him that sells it. He that diligently seeks good procures favor: but he that seeks evil, it shall come unto him.

Let no man seek his own, but every man another's good.

Being enriched in everything to all bountifulness, who causes through us thanksgiving to God. For the administration of this service not only supplies the need of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God; While by the proof of this ministry they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to share;

And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,

But to do good and to share forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

And for this reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge self control; and to self control patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness love.
