There is no one who understands. There is no one who seeks after God.

You see many things, but do not observe. His ears are open, but he doesn't listen.

'Hear now this, foolish people, and without understanding; who have eyes, and do not see; who have ears, and do not hear:

those who have turned back from following the LORD, and those who haven't sought the LORD nor inquired after him.

But neither he, nor his servants, nor the people of the land, listened to the words of the LORD, which he spoke by the prophet Jeremiah.

and do not go after other gods to serve them or worship them, and do not provoke me to anger with the work of your hands; and I will do you no harm. Yet you have not listened to me,' says the LORD; 'that you may provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own hurt.'
