Do not be over-anxious about anything, but by prayer and earnest pleading, together with thanksgiving, let your request be unreservedly made known in the presence of God. And then the peace of God, which transcends all our powers of thought, will be a garrison to guard your hearts and minds in union with Christ Jesus.
Throw the whole of your anxiety upon Him, because He Himself cares for you.

He who is destitute of love has never had any knowledge of God; because God is love.
I plead with you therefore, brethren, by the compassionsof God, to present all your faculties to Him as a living and holy sacrifice acceptable to Him. This with you will be an act of reasonable worship. And do not follow the customs of the present age, but be transformed by the entire renewal of your minds, so that you may learn by experience what God's will is--that will which is good and beautiful and perfect.
Because for the mind to be given up to earthly things means death; but for it to be given up to spiritual things means Life and peace.
And, as for us, we know the love which God has for us, and we confide in it. God is love, and he who continues to love continues in union with God, and God continues in union with him.
Why, what we now suffer I count as nothing in comparison with the glory which is soon to be manifested in us.
Now we know that for those who love God all things are working together for good--for those, I mean, whom with deliberate purpose He has called.
He heard the question and replied, "It is not men in good health who require a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means, 'It is mercy that I desire, not sacrifice'; for I did not come to appeal to the righteous, but to sinners."
But Jesus replied to them, "It is not men in good health who require a physician, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous to repentance, but sinners."
