James 2:12-13

So speak ye, and so act, as those that are to be judged by the law of liberty; for judgment will be without mercy to him that has shewn no mercy. Mercy glories over judgment.

I forgave thee all that debt because thou besoughtest me; shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellow-bondman, as I also had compassion on thee? And his lord being angry delivered him to the tormentors till he paid all that was owing to him. Thus also my heavenly Father shall do to you if ye forgive not from your hearts every one his brother.

Luke 17:3-4

Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother should sin, rebuke him; and if he should repent, forgive him. And if he should sin against thee seven times in the day, and seven times should return to thee, saying, I repent, thou shalt forgive him.
