9 Bible Verses about Prophets Killed

So then ye bear witness to and approve the deeds of your fathers; for they indeed killed them, and ye are building [their tombs].

But today and tomorrow and the next day I must go on; for it cannot be that a prophet should perish out of Jerusalem.
