It was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through suffering as part of his plan to glorify many children, because both the one who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified all have the same Father. Little children, you belong to God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

The person who conquers will inherit these things. I will be his God, and he will be my son.
