so that if any one is in Christ -- he is a new creature; the old things did pass away, lo, become new have the all things.

and to put on the new man, which, according to God, was created in righteousness and kindness of the truth.

Put on, therefore, as choice ones of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humble-mindedness, meekness, long-suffering, forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any one with any one may have a quarrel, as also the Christ did forgive you -- so also ye; and above all these things, have love, which is a bond of the perfection,

this knowing, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of the sin may be made useless, for our no longer serving the sin;

and having put on the new, which is renewed in regard to knowledge, after the image of Him who did create him;

but put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and for the flesh take no forethought -- for desires.

and we all, with unvailed face, the glory of the Lord beholding in a mirror, to the same image are being transformed, from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

'I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman; every branch in me not bearing fruit, He doth take it away, and every one bearing fruit, He doth cleanse by pruning it, that it may bear more fruit; already ye are clean, because of the word that I have spoken to you;read more.
remain in me, and I in you, as the branch is not able to bear fruit of itself, if it may not remain in the vine, so neither ye, if ye may not remain in me. 'I am the vine, ye the branches; he who is remaining in me, and I in him, this one doth bear much fruit, because apart from me ye are not able to do anything; if any one may not remain in me, he was cast forth without as the branch, and was withered, and they gather them, and cast to fire, and they are burned; if ye may remain in me, and my sayings in you may remain, whatever ye may wish ye shall ask, and it shall be done to you. 'In this was my Father glorified, that ye may bear much fruit, and ye shall become my disciples.

because every one who is begotten of God doth overcome the world, and this is the victory that did overcome the world -- our faith;

wherefore, we faint not, but if also our outward man doth decay, yet the inward is renewed day by day;

for he is our peace, who did make both one, and the middle wall of the enclosure did break down, the enmity in his flesh, the law of the commands in ordinances having done away, that the two he might create in himself into one new man, making peace, and might reconcile both in one body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity in it,

every one who hath been begotten of God, sin he doth not, because his seed in him doth remain, and he is not able to sin, because of God he hath been begotten.

And I have given to them one heart, And a new spirit I do give in your midst, And I have turned the heart of stone out of their flesh, And I have given to them a heart of flesh.

that He may give to you, according to the riches of His glory, with might to be strengthened through His Spirit, in regard to the inner man,

in all might being made mighty according to the power of His glory, to all endurance and long-suffering with joy.

that which hath been born of the flesh is flesh, and that which hath been born of the Spirit is spirit.
