"For this is how God loved the world: He gave his unique Son so that everyone who believes in him would not be lost but have eternal life.

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

God, having spoken in former times in fragmentary and varied fashion to our forefathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by a Son whom he appointed to be the heir of everything and through whom he also made the universe. He is the reflection of God's glory and the exact likeness of his being, and he holds everything together by his powerful word. After he had provided a cleansing from sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Highest Majesty

There is one God. There is also one mediator between God and human beings a human, the Messiah Jesus.

The Word became flesh and lived among us. We gazed on his glory, the kind of glory that belongs to the Father's unique Son, who is full of grace and truth.

However, Jesus has now obtained a more superior ministry, since the covenant he mediates is founded on better promises.

He has no need to offer sacrifices every day like high priests do, first for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did this once for all when he sacrificed himself.

For when he died, he died once and for all as far as sin is concerned. But now that he is alive, he lives for God.

Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood he went into the Most Holy Place once for all and secured our eternal redemption.

By God's will we have been sanctified once and for all through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus, the Messiah.

There is no salvation by anyone else, for there is no other name under heaven given among people by which we must be saved."

Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

The person who has the Son has this life. The person who does not have the Son of God does not have this life.

After all, no one can lay any other foundation than the one that is already laid, and that is Jesus the Messiah.

From infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures that are able to give you the wisdom you need for salvation through faith in the Messiah Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,

I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy in this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will strike him with the plagues that are written in this book. If anyone takes away any words from the book of this prophecy, God will take away his portion of the tree of life and the holy city that are described in this book.

But when God, who set me apart before I was born and who called me by his grace, was pleased

But now this is what the LORD says, the one who created you, Jacob, the one who formed you, Israel: "Do not be afraid, because I've redeemed you. I've called you by name; you are mine.

It's to him the gatekeeper opens the gate, and it's his voice the sheep hear. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

But anyone who loves God is known by him.

The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you," or the head to the feet, "I don't need you."

But now that you know God, or rather have been known by God, how can you turn back again to those powerless and bankrupt basic principles? Why do you want to become their slaves all over again?

However, God's solid foundation still stands. It has this inscription on it: "The Lord knows those who belong to him," and "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord must turn away from evil."
