And he began to teach them that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and of the chief priests and of the scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
And they come again to Jerusalem. And as he walked about in the temple, the chief priests and the scribes and the elders come to him,
And immediately, while he was yet speaking, Judas comes up, being one of the twelve, and with him a great crowd, with swords and sticks, from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders.
And they led away Jesus to the high priest. And there come together to him all the chief priests and the elders and the scribes.
And immediately in the morning the chief priests, having taken counsel with the elders and scribes and the whole sanhedrim, bound Jesus and carried him away, and delivered him up to Pilate.
