'Guiltless' in the Bible
Thou shalt not idly utter the name of Jehovah thy God; for Jehovah will not hold him guiltless that idly uttereth his name.
if he rise, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that struck him be guiltless; only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed.

But if ye had known what is: I will have mercy and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
saying, I have sinned in having delivered up guiltless blood. But they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
And Pilate, seeing that it availed nothing, but that rather a tumult was arising, having taken water, washed his hands before the crowd, saying, I am guiltless of the blood of this righteous one: see ye to it.
