'Kinsfolk' in the Bible

"He has removed my kinsfolk from me, and my acquaintances have only turned aside from me.

My kinsfolk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten me.

And her neighbours and kinsfolk heard that the Lord had magnified his mercy with her, and they rejoiced with her.

And they said to her, There is no one among thy kinsfolk who is called by this name.

But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day's journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance.
