'Occur' in the Bible

This will occur if you obey the Lord your God, keeping all His commands I am giving you today, doing what is right in the sight of the Lord your God.

The Benjaminites heard that the Israelites had gone up to Mizpah.The Israelites asked, “Tell us, how did this outrage occur?”

This is what the Lord God says:It will not happen; it will not occur.
