'Storm' in the Bible

“Are they like straw before the wind,And like chaff that the storm steals and carries away?

“For it will hurl [thunderbolts of God’s wrath] at him unsparingly and without compassion;He flees in haste from its power.

“His thundering voice declares [awesomely] His presence;The cattle also are told of His coming storm.

“Do you know how God establishes and commands them,And makes the lightning of His [storm] cloud shine?
