'Tremble' in the Bible
‘Do you not fear Me?’ declares the Lord.‘Do you not tremble in My presence? For I have placed the sand as a boundary for the sea,An eternal decree, so it cannot cross over it.Though the waves toss, yet they cannot prevail;Though they roar, yet they cannot cross over it.
As for the prophets:My heart is broken within me,All my bones tremble;I have become like a drunken man,Even like a man overcome with wine,Because of the LordAnd because of His holy words.
It will be to Me a name of joy, praise and glory before all the nations of the earth which will hear of all the good that I do for them, and they will fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace that I make for it.’
“But as for you, O Jacob My servant, do not fear,Nor be dismayed, O Israel! For, see, I am going to save you from afar,And your descendants from the land of their captivity; And Jacob will return and be undisturbedAnd secure, with no one making him tremble.
