'Understands' in the Bible

Yet to this day, the LORD hasn't given you a heart that understands, eyes that perceive, and ears that discern.

“As for you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a whole heart and a willing mind, for the Lord searches every heart and understands the intention of every thought. If you seek Him, He will be found by you, but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever.

whose mother is a Danite and whose father is a Tyrian. He knows how to work with gold, silver, bronze, iron, stones, and wood, as well as purple, violet, white, and crimson fabrics. He knows how to do all kinds of engraving and understands any design given to him. He will work with your skilled craftsmen and the skilled craftsmen of my lord David your father.

But God understands the way to wisdom,and He knows its location.

Yes, God is mighty, but He despises no one;He understands all things.

He formed the hearts of them all; he understands everything they do.

The Lord is good,A strength and stronghold in the day of trouble;He knows [He recognizes, cares for, and understands fully] those who take refuge and trust in Him.
