'Verified' in the Bible

but bring your youngest brother to me, so your words will be verified and you will not die.” And they did so.

Now then, O Lord, the God of Israel, let Your word which You have spoken to Your servant David be confirmed (verified).

This was to fulfill and verify the words He had spoken, “Of those whom You have given Me, I have not lost even one.”
