'Without' in the Bible
Do not accuse anyone without legitimate cause, if he has not treated you wrongly.
Can a man hold fire against his chest without burning his clothes?
Can a man walk on hot coals without scorching his feet?
Better to have a little with righteousness than to have abundant income without justice.
