¹⁶ the Arvadite, the Zemarite, and the Hamathite. ¹⁷ The sons of Shem were Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gether and Meshech. ¹⁸ And Arphaxad begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Eber.
