And the agent of LORD appeared to him, and said to him, LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valor.

What then will we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest. And I will give him rest from all his enemies round about, for his name shall be Solomon. And I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days.

For David said, LORD, the God of Israel, has given rest to his people, and he dwells in Jerusalem forever.
