The sons of Amram: Aaron and Moses. Aaron was set apart, he and his descendants from generation to generation, to consecrate the most holy things, to offer sacrifices before Jehovah, to minister before him and to pronounce blessings in his name as long as they live.

Amram married his father's sister Jochebed, and she bore him Aaron and Moses. Amram lived one hundred and thirty-seven years.

Then the priests, the sons of Levi, shall come near. Jehovah your God has chosen them to serve him and to bless in the name of Jehovah. They will settle every dispute and every assault.

Place the altar in front of the canopy that hangs over the ark containing the words of my covenant I will meet with you there in front of the throne of mercy that is on the ark.

I will consecrate the tent of meeting and the altar. I will also consecrate Aaron and his sons to minister as priests to me.

Jehovah said to Moses: Take one part fragrant spices and two kinds of gum resin and aromatic mollusk shells, and mix them with one part pure frankincense.

Then dedicate the Tabernacle and all its equipment by anointing it with the sacred oil, and it will be holy.

Aaron raised his hands toward the people and blessed them. He sacrificed the offering for sin, the burnt offering, and the fellowship offering. Then he came down from the altar.

Aaron's sons Nadab and Abihu each took an incense burner. They put burning coals and incense in it. Then in Jehovah's presence they offered this unauthorized fire.

You must learn the difference (distinction) between what is holy and what is not holy and between the clean and the unclean.

Why did you not eat the sin offering in a sacred place? It is very holy! Jehovah gave it to you in order to take away the sin of the community.

He must offer the bull as a sacrifice to ask forgiveness for your own sins and for the sins of your family.

Give Aaron and his sons and all the people of Israel the following regulations.

The name of Amram's wife was Jochebed, a descendant of Levi, who was born in Egypt. She gave birth to Amram's children: Aaron, Moses, and their sister Miriam.

They opposed King Uzziah. They said to him: Uzziah, you have no right to burn incense as an offering to Jehovah. Moses and Aaron were among his priests. Samuel was among those who called on his name. They called upon Jehovah and he answered them.

In the camp certain men became envious of Moses. They also became envious of Aaron, Jehovah's holy one.

The custom was to draw lots to see who served in the temple. It was his turn to enter into the temple of God and burn incense.

As they ministered to God, and fasted, the Holy Spirit said: Set Barnabas and Saul apart for the work I have called them.

It pleased God to separate me even from my mother's womb and call me through his grace.

Another angel, with a golden incense vessel, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense so he could offer it with the prayers of all the holy ones upon the golden altar before the throne.
