They offered

And thou shall keep the feast of weeks to LORD thy God with a tribute of a freewill-offering from thy hand, which thou shall give, according as LORD thy God blesses thee.

My heart is toward the governors of Israel, who offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye LORD.

Perfect heart

Let your heart therefore be perfect with LORD our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.
