For the LORD God is a light and defense; the LORD will give grace and worship, and no good thing shall he withhold from them that live a godly life.

Blessed is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, and whose hope is in the LORD his God,

O Blessed is the man that putteth his trust in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is himself.

Full gracious is the LORD, and a stronghold in time of trouble. He knoweth them that put their trust in him:

that we should be unto the praise of his glory, which before believed in Christ.
