And the gatekeepers were Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman; and their brothers, Shallum was the chief.

And four thousand were gatekeepers, and four thousand praised Jehovah with the instruments which David made for praising.

For the divisions of the gatekeepers: Of the Korahites: Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.
