Through Sylvanus, our faithful brother, as I consider him, I wrote to you briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God; within which stand ye.
But I exhort you, brethren, bear with the word of exhortation; for, indeed, I wrote to you in few words.
For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, Who was preached among you through us??hrough me and Sylvanus and Timothy??as not "Yea" and "Nay," "Nay," but in Him is "Yea."
But I make not my soul of any value as dear to myself, so that I may accomplish my course, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to fully testify the Gospel of the grace of God.
Now I make known to you, brethren, the Gospel which I proclaimed to you, which also ye received, in which also ye have been standing;
who, having come, and having seen the grace of God, rejoiced, and was exhorting all that, with purpose of heart, they should cleave to the Lord;

Paul, and Sylvanus, and Timothy, to the assembly of the Thessalonians, in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

All the things relating to me Tychicus will make known to you, the beloved brother, and faithful minister, and fellow-servant in the Lord;
together with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is from among you; they will make known to you all things here.
Wherefore, I shall be always ready to remind you of these things, though ye know them, and have become confirmed in the present truth.
leaving the right way, they were led astray, having followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness,
If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; because this is the testimony of God, that He hath testified concerning His Son.
To Demetrius testimony has been borne by all, and by the truth itself; and we also bear testimony, and you know that our testimony is true.
Beloved, while giving all diligence to write to you of the common salvation, I was constrained to write to you, exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith once for all delivered to the saints.
