Mine horn

Jehovah is my rock and my fortress. He is my deliverer. He is my God and my crag, the one in whom I take refuge. He is my shield, and the strength of my salvation, my stronghold.

For you are the glory of their strength and by your favor our horn (strength) is exalted (increased).

But you exalt my horn (make me as strong) as a wild bull. I have been anointed with soothing lotion.

His heart is steady, and he is not afraid. In the end he will look triumphantly at his enemies.

He raised up a horn of salvation (power of deliverance) for us in the house of his servant David

My mouth

Moses and the Israelites sang this song to Jehovah: I will sing to Jehovah, because he has won a glorious victory. He has thrown the horses and their riders into the sea.

That day Deborah and Barak sang this song:

O Jehovah, open my lips (help me speak), and my mouth will speak your praise.

All day long I praise you and proclaim your glory.

Rejoice over her, you heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God pronounced judgment for you against her.

I rejoice

Let me stand before the people of Jerusalem and tell them all the things for which I praise you. I will rejoice because you saved me.

I trust your loving-kindness. My heart finds joy in your salvation.

We will rejoice in your salvation. We will wave our flags in the name of our God. Jehovah will fulfill all your petitions.

I will find joy in Jehovah and be joyful about his salvation.

Jehovah makes me powerful and strong; he has saved me.

Truly God is my salvation! I will trust and not be afraid. Jehovah... Jehovah is my strength and my song! He has become my salvation.

Yet I will rejoice in Jehovah! I will find joy in the God of my salvation.
