And David sware unto Saul, and Saul went home. But David and his men gat up unto a hold.

And then David went thence and dwelt in holds at Engedi.

An enemy dissembleth with his lips, and in the mean season he imagineth mischief;

"Behold, I send you forth as sheep among wolves: Be ye therefore wise as serpents, and innocent as doves.

but Jesus put not himself in their hands, because he knew all men,
