Grief

and thou say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof!

It is right not to eat meat, nor drink wine, nor do anything in which thy brother stumbles, or is offended, or is weak.

For our boasting is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and sincerity before God, (not in fleshly wisdom but in God's grace,) we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly towards you.

Avenged

And blessed be thy discernment, and blessed be thou, who hast kept me this day from coming with bloodshed, and from avenging myself with mine own hand.

Jehovah therefore shall be judge, and judge between me and thee, and see, and plead my cause, and do me justice in delivering me out of thy hand.
