Therefore he who despises does not despise man, but God, who also has given us His Holy Spirit.

And Jehovah came down in a cloud and spoke to him, and took of the spirit on him and gave it to the seventy elders. And it happened when the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied. But they never did so again.

After that you shall come to the hill of God, where the garrison of the Philistines is. And it will happen to you when you come there to the city, even you shall meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a harp and a tambourine and a flute and a lyre before them. Follow after charity and desire spiritual things, but rather that you may prophesy.

And truly He gave some to be apostles, and some to be prophets, and some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,

And I will give power to My two witnesses, and they will prophesy a thousand, two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.
