But if any provide not for his own and specially for those of his own house, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

They profess that they know God, but in works they deny him, being abominable and rebellious and reprobate unto every good work.

For it was little which thou hadst before I came, and it is now increased unto a multitude, and the LORD has blessed thee since my coming; and now when shall I provide for my own house also?
