Jehoshaphat's Alliance With Ahab

³ And Ahab king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat king of Judah, "Wilt thou go with me to Ramoth in Gilead?" And he answered him, "I will be as thou, and my people shall be as thine and we will be with thee in the war." ⁴ But Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, "Ask, I pray thee, the word of the LORD." ⁵ And the king of Israel gathered together of the Prophets four hundred men, and said unto them, "Shall we go to Ramoth in Gilead to fight, or shall I cease?" And they said, "Go: God shall deliver it into the king's hand."
