With the sandalwood the king made gateways to Jehovah's Temple and the royal palace. They also made lyres and harps for the singers. No one had ever seen anything like them in Judah.

With the sandalwood (possibly the algum tree) the king made supports for Jehovah's Temple and the royal palace, and lyres and harps for the singers. Never again was sandalwood like this imported into Israel, nor has any been seen there to this day.
