2 Corinthians 3:8

New Covenant Ministry

⁷ But if the ministry of death, having been engraved in letters in stone was with glory (so that the sons of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses because of the glory of his face), which was being done away; ⁸ shall not the ministry of the Spirit be with more glory? ⁹ For if the ministry of condemnation is glorious, much more does the ministry of righteousness exceed in glory.

Holy Spirit

Isaiah 11:2

And the Spirit of Jehovah shall rest on Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Jehovah.

Isaiah 44:3

For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground. I will pour My spirit on your seed, and My blessing on your offspring;

Isaiah 59:21

As for Me, this is My covenant with them, says Jehovah; My Spirit that is on you, and My Words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, nor out of the mouth of your seed, nor out of the mouth of your seed's seed, says Jehovah, from now on and forever.

Joel 2:28-29

And it shall be afterward, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy; your old men shall dream dreams; your young men shall see visions.

These are those setting themselves apart, animal-like ones, not having the Spirit.
