Zechariah In Israel

¹¹ Now the rest of the acts of Zechariah are recorded in the Book of the History of the Kings of Israel. ¹² This is the word of the Lord which He spoke to Jehu, saying, “Your sons to the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel.” And so it was. ¹³ Shallum son of Jabesh became king and ruled in Samaria for one month. It was in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah, king of Judah.

Joash went to rest with his fathers. They buried Jehoash in Samaria with the kings of Israel. Jeroboam took his place as king.

Zechariah 1:6
