Remind them of these things, and charge them before Godnot to quarrel about words, which does no good, but only ruins the hearers.

If you put these things before the brothers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, being trained in the words of the faith and of the good doctrine that you have followed.

Therefore I intend always to remind you of these qualities, though you know them and are established in the truth that you have.

This is now the second letter that I am writing to you, beloved. In both of them I am stirring up your sincere mind by way of reminder,
