Paul's Charge To Timothy

⁶ For I am now ready to be poured out, and the time of my departure is at hand. ⁷ I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith: ⁸ henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me at that day; and not to me only, but to all those who love his appearing.

Kept the Faith

Acts 20:24

But I esteem this a matter of no importance, nor do I hold my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my course with joy, and the ministry that I have received from the Lord Jesus, to bear full testimony to the gospel of the grace of God.

1 Timothy 6:12

Fight the good fight of the faith; lay hold on eternal life, to which you have been called, and for which you confessed the good confession before many witnesses.
