While he yet spake: behold, there came a company: and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and pressed nigh unto Jesus to kiss him.

Jesus answered them, "Have not I chosen you twelve? And yet one of you is the devil?"

While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name. Those that thou gavest me, have I kept, and none of them is lost, but that lost child: that the scripture might be fulfilled.

that the one may take the room of this ministration, and apostleship from the which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place."

And Barnabas and Saul returned to Jerusalem, when they had fulfilled their office, and took with them John, which was also called Mark.

But none of those things move me. Neither is my life dear unto myself; that I might fulfill my course with joy, and the ministration which I have received of the Lord Jesus to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

And when he had saluted them, he told, by order, all things that God had wrought among the gentiles by his ministration.

Therefore seeing that we have such an office, even as mercy is come on us, we faint not:

Nevertheless, all things are of God, which hath reconciled us unto himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given unto us the office to preach the atonement.
