And Peter stayed some days at Jaffa with a tanner named Simon.

He shall

"Yet stand up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do."
He told us how he had seen the angel standing in his house, and how the angel had said to him--'Send to Jaffa and fetch the Simon, who is also known as Peter;
If any one has the will to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching is from God, or whether I speak on my own authority.
But how, it may be asked, are they to invoke one in whom they have not learned to believe? And how are they to believe in one whose words they have not heard? And how are they to hear his words unless some one proclaims him?
That is why it is said--'When he went up on high, he led his captives into captivity. And gave gifts to mankind.'
