Summary

Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

And when they beheld the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and common men, they wondered; and they recognized them as having been with Jesus.
But Isaiah is very bold, and saith, "I was found by those who sought me not, I became known to those who inquired not for me."
and for me, that utterance may be given me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,
and that the great part of the brethren, made confident in the Lord by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

Brethren, sons of the stock of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, to you was the word of this salvation sent forth.
To you first, God, having raised up his servant, sent him to bless you in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.
And when both Silas and Timothy had come from Macedonia, Paul was wholly engaged in the word, testifying to the Jews, that Jesus was the Christ.
but first to those in Damascus, and Jerusalem, and to all the country of Judaea, and then to the gentiles, I proclaimed that they should repent and turn to God, doing works worthy of repentance.
but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
and that repentance for the remission of sins should be preached in his name among all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Ye worship that which ye know not; we worship that which we know; for salvation is from the Jews.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel; for to every believer, to the Jew first and also to the Greek, it is the power of God unto salvation.
but glory, honor, and peace, to every one whoso works are good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
who are Israelites; whom God adopted as sons, whose was the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the Law, and the service of the sanctuary, and the promises;

Seeing

Stiffnecked, and uncircumcised in heart and ears! ye do always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do ye.
And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it; but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.
Therefore I say to you, that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you, and given to a nation yielding the fruits thereof.
And the rest seized his servants, and illtreated and slew them.
And he said to him, A certain man made a great supper, and invited many.
He came to his own, and his own received him not.
But I say, Hath not Israel had knowledge? First, Moses saith, "I will move you to jealousy by that which is no nation, I will excite you to indignation by a foolish people."
I say then, Did they stumble in order to fall? God forbid! But by their offence salvation is come to the gentiles to excite them to emulation.

Turn

And when they set themselves against him, and reviled, he shook his garments, and said to them, Your blood be upon your own heads! I am clean; from this time I will go to the gentiles.
Be it therefore known to you, that to the gentiles this salvation of God hath been sent; they, moreover, will hear.
