And they brought the young man alive, and were not a little comforted.

But Paul went down, bent over him, took him into his arms, and said, "Stop being alarmed, because he's still alive."

"Comfort! Yes, comfort my people," says your God.

who comforts us in all our suffering, so that we may be able to comfort others in all their suffering, as we ourselves are being comforted by God.

I am sending him to you for this very reason, so that you may know how we are doing and that he may encourage your hearts.

and send Timothy, our brother who works with us for God in the gospel of the Messiah, to strengthen and encourage you in your faith,

So then, encourage one another with these words.

So then, encourage one another and build each other up, as you are doing.

May our Lord Jesus, the Messiah himself, and may God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and good hope,
