And as Paul was to be led into the castle, he said unto the chief captain, May I speak unto thee? Who said, Canst thou speak Greek?

After greeting them, he related in detail what God did among the Gentiles through his ministry.

Though Paul wanted to go in before the people, the disciples did not let him.

You will even be brought before governors and kings because of Me, to bear witness to them and to the nations.

for I will give you such words

and a wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict.
