Acts 5:38

And now I say to you, refrain from these men, and let them alone; for, if this counsel or this work be of men, it will be overthrown;

But He, answering, said, "Every plant which My Heavenly Father did not plant shall be rooted up.

If we let Him thus alone, all will believe on Him; and the Romans will come, and take away both our place and our nation.

And he said to them, "Men of Israel, take heed to yourselves with regard to these men, what ye are about to do;

For ye behold your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are chosen;

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God; for it has been written, "He Who taketh the wise in their craftiness."
