And I will put my dwelling place in your midst, and my inner self shall not abhor you.

God heard and he was very angry and rejected Israel utterly.

So Yahweh's anger burned against his people, and he abhorred his inheritance.

And I got rid of three shepherds in one month, for {I grew impatient} with them, and {they also became tired of me}.

The excellency

Yahweh has sworn by the pride of Jacob, "Surely I will never forget any of their deeds!

He chooses for us our inheritance, the pride of Jacob whom he loves.

"Say to the house of Israel, 'Thus says the Lord Yahweh: "Look! I [will be] profaning my sanctuary, the pride of your strength [and] the delight of your eyes and the object of your own affection; and your sons and your daughters whom you left behind will fall by the sword,

And hate

Therefore, thus says my Lord Yahweh, "A foe shall surround the land and bring down your strongholds, and your citadel fortresses shall be plundered."

The Lord has become like an enemy; he has destroyed Israel; he has destroyed all its citadel fortresses; he has ruined all its fortifications and multiplied lamentation and mourning in the daughter of Judah.

All that is therein

If I were hungry I would not tell you, because [the] world and its fullness [are] mine.
