Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name.

Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are his.

Counsel is mine, and sound knowledge. I am understanding, I have might.

A wise man scales the city of the mighty, and brings down the strength of the confidence of it.

A wise man is strong, yea, a man of knowledge increases might.

Wisdom is a strength to the wise man more than ten rulers that are in a city.

Then I said, Wisdom is better than strength. Nevertheless the poor man's wisdom is despised, and his words are not heard.

And hast

that they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret, that Daniel and his companions should nor perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.

And LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that which I do,

The friendship of LORD is with those who fear him, and he will show them his covenant.

Surely lord LORD will do nothing unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.

I no longer call you bondmen, because the bondman does not know what his lord does. But I have called you friends, because all things that I heard from my Father, I made known to you.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ that God gave him to show his bondmen what must happen quickly. And he signified it, having sent by his agent to his bondman John
