Daniel 9:1

In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, by descent a Mede, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans--

"And as for me, in the first year of Darius the Mede, I stood up to confirm and strengthen him.

And Daniel was there until the first year of King Cyrus.

And Darius the Mede received the kingdom, being about sixty-two years old.

So this Daniel prospered during the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus the Persian.

In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans;

And Daniel was there until the first year of King Cyrus.

And Darius the Mede received the kingdom, being about sixty-two years old.

It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom satraps, to be throughout the whole kingdom;

"And as for me, in the first year of Darius the Mede, I stood up to confirm and strengthen him.
