Deuteronomy 1:4

This took place after the defeat of King Sihon of the Amorites, whose capital was in Heshbon, and King Og of Bashan, whose capital was in Ashtaroth, specifically in Edrei.

Numbers 21:21-35

Then Israel sent messengers to King Sihon of the Amorites, saying,

Nehemiah 9:22

"You gave them kingdoms and peoples, and you allocated them to every corner of the land. They inherited the land of King Sihon of Heshbon and the land of King Og of Bashan.

Deuteronomy 2:26-11

Then I sent messengers from the Kedemoth Desert to King Sihon of Heshbon with an offer of peace:

King Sihon of the Amorites who lived in Heshbon and ruled from Aroer (on the edge of the Arnon Valley) -- including the city in the middle of the valley and half of Gilead -- all the way to the Jabbok Valley bordering Ammonite territory.

Joshua 13:10-12

and all the cities of King Sihon of the Amorites who ruled in Heshbon, and ended at the Ammonite border.
