Deuteronomy 19:17

then let both the men which strive together stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges which shall be in those days,

Deuteronomy 17:9

and go unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and ask, and they shall show thee how to judge.
