Deuteronomy 21:5
Then the priests of the descendants of Levi are to step forward, because the LORD your God chose them to serve and pronounce blessings in his name. Every case of dispute and assault is to be subject to their ruling.
1 Chronicles 23:13
The descendants of Amram included Aaron and Moses. Aaron had been set apart to consecrate the most holy things, with the intent that he and his sons should present offerings in the LORD's presence forever, ministering to him and pronouncing blessings in his name forever.
Deuteronomy 10:8
At that time the LORD set apart the tribe of Levi to carry the Ark of the Covenant of the LORD, to stand in the LORD's presence, to serve, and to bless his name until this day.
Numbers 6:22-27

"If a case is too difficult for you to decide with respect to bloodshed, civil claims, assault and battery, or other matters of dispute within your courts, bring it to the place that the LORD your God will choose.

For the LORD your God has chosen them and their descendants from among your tribes to stand and serve in the name of the LORD all their lives."
Deuteronomy 19:17
then both must stand with their dispute in the LORD's presence, the priests, and the judges at that time.
Malachi 2:7
For the lips of a priest should preserve knowledge, and people should seek instruction from his mouth, because he's the messenger of the LORD of the Heavenly Armies.
