But if any man hate his neighbor, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and wounds him mortally that he dies, and flees into one of these cities:
You shall not kill.
He that strikes a man, so that he dies, shall be surely put to death.
And he that kills any man shall surely be put to death.
Moreover you shall take no ransom for the life of a murderer, who is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.
